Atmospheres marked the inaugural exhibition at Villa AM, AM Collective’s new home in a 2,600-square-foot West Village townhouse. The exhibition opened with a VIP reception on Wednesday, April 23rd, with public hours on Thursday, April 24th from 10am to 6pm.

The show featured a collaboration between Italian wallcovering studio Pictalab and New York-based painter Amy Lincoln, alongside the US debut of Pictalab’s collection Fabula and Tapistelar, the textile practice of Giovina Carabba Tettamanti. A special collection of Chandigarh dining chairs and other pieces by Phantom Hands was also on view, alongside new works by Morii Design, Studio Kaytar, Eugenie Kawabata, Simon Leah, Studio Sana Benzaitar, Naomi Paul, and Ian Love.

Art was presented in coordination with private dealer Nick Weinberg of NEW Art Services, with post-war and contemporary works by Willem de Kooning, Adolph Gottlieb, George Condo, Richard Prince, Andy Warhol, Mickalene Thomas, and others, alongside primary works by Meagan Streader and Laura Winn Clark.
