AM Collective is kicking off NYCxDESIGN with an opening reception for Surface Rising, an exhibition exploring the unbound beauty and power of materiality. Surface Rising will feature new works by Manuel, marking his first solo exhibition in the United States. Manuel works with clay as both structure and surface, creating installations and sculptural ceramics that weave history and myth into a reflection on the ties between humanity, nature and the spiritual realm.
