The Ungapatchka Razor Clam table lamp is from a series of works inspired by the Razor Clam dress from Alexander McQueens VOSS, S/S collection, 2001. The copper tiles are hand cut and shaped, each dimple made by hand using a small bull-nosed hammer, inherited from my mothers workshop. The shade is made from an old studio drop cloth, marked with patina, wax, rust and paint, the very materials used in the lamps production.
